What is the status of my order?
Each order is moved through several status points before the order is complete. This is done to maintain each order in its own
life cycle from start to finish and allows us to easily track where your order is in the process. Below is a summary of the
order statuses and when you can expect an email update for each status.

will contact you shortly.
"Order Received"
Each order that is placed successfully online, either using a valid credit card, Google, or PayPal checkout goes
automatically to this status. You will receive an email shortly with confirmation that your order has been successfully received by
our system.
"Payment Received"
Once your order has been cleared by the money handeling processor, and confirmation of funds has been received,
your order is automatically moved into this status. You will receive an email with this status update.
"Order In Progress"
Your order is moved into the "In Progress" status as it awaits fulfillment of the order and correct confirmation receipt by the
shipper. No email is sent to the customer at this time.
"Shipper Received"
Your order has been received by the shipper and is undergoing packaging and labeling. No email is sent to the customer
at this time.
"Partially Shipped"
Your order has been packaged and received a tracking number. An email is sent automatically by the system with a link
in the email to track your one package of multiple to complete your order.
"Fully Shipped"
Your order has been packaged and received a tracking number. An email is sent automatically by the system with a link
in the email to track your package to complete your order.
"Cancelled" (Refunds Issued Here)
Your order has been cancelled for a number of reasons. Usually this is because a customer wants to cancel and a refund is due.
You will receive an email notification that your order has been cancelled. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to post to your account.
